Data comes from the official registry's public API under its open-data terms (https://www.gov.pl/web/sprawiedliwosc/ponowne-wykorzystywanie); results carry the registry as their source.
Registry status interpretation
Status uses the latest KRS registration or registry-deletion entry and is unknown when neither exists; removal of a historical field does not mean deregistration. Liquidation and bankruptcy are not classified.
Sole traders registered only in CEIDG are not covered
Data from KRS — coverage limited to entities registered in the National Court Register; sole traders (CEIDG) not included
