Limitations

Checksum does not prove account exists
Validates domestic BBAN checksum only. Does not confirm the account is open, active, or held at the named bank.
Bank code is not validated against registered banks
The 4-digit bank code is format-checked only. Not cross-referenced against the Czech National Bank's list of registered institution codes.
